Bye-Bye Dragonet Mandarin

It's Dr. Goodluck Himself
When Todd got out, I got his Dragonet Mandarin. First it went into my fuge the into display. Last night it was clear he had little time left, today gone. What was that, 2 months?

Never ate a thing. Pods, pods everywhere. Worms, including flat ones in the fuge, everywhere. The green spotted mandarin is fat as a pig.

But this guy just did not like my box.

Too bad, pretty thing. Another fish not to get again. At least I didn't pull him out of the ocean. I can't believe he wouldn't eat though. Wouldn't touch Rod's food or arcti pods either. Not surprising if he ignored all the live pods in the tank.

sory for the loss. but as what i heard that the dragonet are hard to keep alive in tanks...that's why i got a spotted

Beats the heck out of me. He didn't say he fed life mysis I'm assuming he ate the pods and worms in the tank, fed from the fuge. No reason it wouldn't get the same from my fuge. I've dumped 4 bottles of Tigger/Ocean pods in there. The glass in both fuge and display is crawling with all sorts of life.

Apparently he isn't tasty. Unfortunate, because of course he is lodged in one of the 3 entirely inaccessible spots in the tank. I hope eventually the snails/crabs decide to eat the remains. Never seen a dead critter go untouched for more than 10min. Where's the brittle star? Hmmm..... No way to get it out of there though. Better refresh the carbon.

Don't use pms only email. You suggesting to run it or that it is a bad thing? Cuz I have a bag floating in my sump all the time.
