Ca Level

Good, its doing what its supposed to. Seems like your Alkalinity consumption is about 1/2 teaspoon a day.

Tested tonight before adding 3/4 tsp baking soda with topoff:

Ca: 410-415
pH: 8.0-8.3
Alk: 6.7-7.0

All were in the middle :)

Is it normal for my alk to get consumed at a higher rate than my Ca? Should I dose more than 3/4 a tsp?

Although higher Alkalinity than Calcium consumption can happen under certain circumstances specially when there is high nitrification I really do not see great unbalance in your consumption. Remember that balanced consumption (or addition) will be 1.5 dkh for every 10 ppm Calcium so it might give the impression that is higher consumption but not really.
You can add a leveled teaspoon a couple of times just to get above the 7.5 level than continue with 3/4 tsp a day until you are able to maintain with a two part Kalk or a balanced addition.
Remember to keep your normal water change but insure your new water levels are adjusted if needed so as not to break the balance again.

That dKH is on the low side. I'd avoid letting it drop below 7 dKH. I usually target a minum of around 8-9 dKH for a bit of headroom.

Ok so it looks like my tank is consuming about 5ppm Ca and .7 dH per day, does this seem about right? Just want to make sure I am in the ballpark.

The ratio of Calcium to Alkalinity is right but I'am not absolutely sure that is the consumption level as the additions plus the consumption make it difficult to compare readings.
If you want to be absolutely sure you need to stop adding, test and then test again 24 to 48 hours later.
In any case consider that amount of consumption in your adjustments to increase alkalinity. That is what I did when estimated the amount of 3/4 teaspoon daily to keep on increasing the alkalinity. Once you are at your target level you can reduce back to 1/2 teaspoon and adjust the amount to keep alkalinity on target.

Ok so I am a bit confused, but that seems normal :) I had to travel last week so I had my wife dose the tank. The Ca in the tank was down to about 390 before I left and the alk was about 7.8. I figured to be safe she could add 3/4 tsp of baked baking soda and 2 tsp of Kents liquid calcium each night. I figured it would get the KH up and the Ca up gradually, worst case it would maintain the current levels. I was gone for 5 nights and when I got back the Ca was back up to 420 ppm but the Alk dropped to 6.5 dKH? So figuring I did the consumption calcs wrong I checked again (after doing a 20% water change with Reef Crystals) and my tank does use about 5ppm and .5-.7 dKH per day. Do I need to adjust my dosing if I am adding both (one at a time) to the tank each night?

I would leave the same dose of Calcium and increase the baking soda a little bit and continue tracking both. Note that your estimate of 3/4 teaspoon might be different than your wife's estimate of a 3/4 teaspoon :D
