Calcium Dispenser Back Fill Problem

After dispensing, my dispenser keeps returning water back into my top off tank along with Kalk. The system had worked fine for about a year. I checked everything in the manual, such as waiting 15 minutes for the Kalk to settle. We also set the dispensing tubes to loop higher than the dispenser itself. Looks like the dispenser and top off tank water levels want to level off.

I'm hoping the only major concern right now is kalk getting in the pump. I read the Kalk can react with air to create lime, but don't know how large of a problem that would be or when.

I think the non-return valve may be shot, but looking for other things to try.

Also, where can I get a new non-return valve if needed?

Thanks

The non return valve is likely worn out. Keep in mind that the hose should go up to the tak and not down to a sump and the output end of the hose should not touch the waters surface, this is to prevent a siphon. The only job of the check valve is to keep the kalk solution from back draining but it is not designed to stop a back siphon of the tank. I would just buy a new duckbill check valve for airlines at any fish store. They only last about a year in this application because the kalk wasser is so corrosive.
