Calcium reactor feed pump

My maxijet has fed my calcium reactor for 3 years with no issues. Lately, the flow rate has reduced over a few hours to a trickle. I took the reactor apart, put all new media in it and it still is slowing down. Any suggestions?

The tubing could have buildup or the pump is done.

I know you are not a fan of cheap knockoffs but harbor freight has a small 100gph pond pump for about 5 bucks. I have been using it to feed my reactor for a long time now and it just works. You could also get it today if you want a fix now.

The old one still works, but the flow is consistent again! No clogs anywhere in the tubing either.

I got a Maxijet 1200 from Gateway Aquatics today Seems better already.

A 1200 wouldn't work on my reactor. I ended up using a tap off my manifold from my mag 18
