calcium rx solenoid not powering on

when i hook up my Co2 solenoid up to the digital powerbar, it does not turn. i have programmed it in the sofware but still no go. when i plug into regular outlet it started up w/o delay. am i doing soemthing wrong?

What socket is it connected too and what did you configur it with?

Try always on and it should turn on!

well, i figured it worked ok the last time i would try it again...

firmware 4.0 (according to the software and software version 4.1 i think) it is connected to socket # 5

i did that always on... no go. also, it should be controllable based on ph value. always on is what i get from the wall socket that came included with my house

Ok when you do always on does the led S5 on the powerbar light up? And have you saved when you tried always on?
