1. Is there a diffrence between tunze cable 1 and cable 2 ? If so what is it ?

2. does the new tunzes work with the controller ?

The tunze cables what does the 1 do and what does the 2 do ?

1 reacts to L1 L3 L5 etc

2 reacts to L2 L4 L6 etc

get them swapped and the pump will not ebb and flow

yeah I added 2 of the new tunzes 6105's today and I have a old 6100 in there. The 6100 is plugged into a Y connect w/ a 6105 and the Y is plugged into the L5/6. The new tunze would just sputter on/off like move a 1/8" inch stop the go stop and go

Have you set the 1-10v interface up to react to what you wish it to do? And then set up the group in pump mode.

1-10V set to 3-8v and current pump

L5 should have tunze1 on it and set as above
L6 should have tunze2 on it and set as above

yes thats all done
