came home and new 6060 isn't working

Roger,

I bought two of these from Premium Aquatics last wek, and I came home today and one of them isn't working.

I leave them running all day, and them shut them down for four hours each at night. Thats it I took the cover off an repositioned the propeller, but it still isn't working.

Please advise as Premium told me to contact you.

Is it humming or trying to move at all? Is the magnet of the prop assembly cracked?

It isn't moving at all, not even humming, no vibrations or anything.

No the magnet looks fine. Everything looks OK it just isn't working at all.

It does not even feel like it is on, I was holding it and plugged it in and felt nothing. I am afraid that the pump is dead.

Can you please, give me some direction.
