I think my anemone was burnt by the heater the other day, will he/ can he heal from this? he's open but not as full as he could be, the clown is lovin him up like usual, should I just feed it well and hope it heals? its got a wound and there's pink crap on the heater so I assume he rubbed up on it... :(

please have good news for me ?

If his physical integrity is intact, ie, he's not shredding off into jelly, then he has a chance. Let the clown do its thing and feed it.

Yeah it looks fine other wise, tentacles are all out and he's spread somewhat big, I didnt even see the wound until today...

Cool, I'll try feeding him today for the 1'st time today since I put him in thursday

That sucks that you just put him in and he wandered into the heater. :(
I hope he heals all right.
Can you move your heater down into the sump?

Yeah how do you think I felt? $60 dollar anemone, first night goes into the corner of my tank with the heater... pretty crappy, he looks alot better minus the wound, it looks like it is healing... I dont have a sump yet, I'm running two filters for now until I get the sump set-up.. I've since moved the heater to the higher level of the tank so its outta the way... I love this GBTA and my cinni clown loves it even more... I think it'll pull through with all the help I've got on here

It has to know there is NO LIGHT what-so-ever there...

Its been in the back for a couple days now, I have to use a flashlight to see it back there, looks open etc... Will this thing make it to the front ever? How the hell can I feed him back there? Or will my clown do that for me as he is hosting him back there...

Wait till one gets into the powerhead....thats way fun!!! {/QUOTE]

YOUR SIGNATURE IS : I think it would be easier to drain the water and just throw money in.

Maybe it would be easier to dig a hole and jump in.

not trying to be mean, just funny :-)

Well for the 1st time in 3-4 days, its moved...

But farther back, I can see it from the front now through a small cave hole with the flash light... Maybe it'll get brave and fit its-self through the front.. lol

and yeah... diggin a hole is way more fun, lol
