Yes. Most definintely. Especially anemones like Hadoni. You should keep anemones of different species apart.

ive got a BTA and an H Crispa. the Crispa just detatched herself and floated over right next to the BTA. I tried to pull it off the rock but I didn't want to kill the thing. What should i do about it?

There are many was to remove an anemone. I have heard of people using ice cubes on the foot and GSMguy sugested using a powerhead pointed at the foot. You could very very slowly remove one of them by hand. I would move one of them before you see signs of stress.
