Originally posted by ManEatingGuppy i tried to research but not much info, can a sebae, bubble tip, and long tentacle anemones mix?
Hmmm, some hobbyists say you can and others take opposition to it. Personally I wouldn't do it unless you have a lot of experience with anemones and you have a fairly large tank. However, 3 anemones inhabiting the same tank is definately pushing it in my book. I wouldn't dare.
thnx for the reply, right now i only have a 40g, maybe i should skip the idea since they grow to huge, but right now i have a small green bubble tip.
what about mixing different bubble tips? like a gbta and a rbta.

I seen a tank in this forum before that had several gbtas and rbtas all touching. Maybe someone can find it. It looked awsome.Currently i have three gbtas in a 20L that touch.Upgrading to a 120 a couple of months.
Mixing same not a prob other than space issue.
I 've heard some talk of chem warfare between nems.
I personally have both an LTA and sebae in same tank, but if I were to do it all over again I'd have gone w/ just one.
They do get big, and take up alot of space that could be 4 corals.
The species of anemone in the same tank won't be a problem. A RBTA is the same as a GBTA, just a different color morph. When you start to mix species, you're only asking for problems. Been there done that.
