Can anyone ID this Anemone?

I think it may be a condylactis, and help is appreciated.

Thanks!

Actually, it looks like a bleached E. quadricolor to me. Maybe a green one with pink tips (?). Where did you get it?

Local LFS store. They told me it was a Bubble Tip, Green, but someone else said it was a Condylactis. My clowns are not hosting it (it's only been a week and a half) and if it is a Condylactis I know why!

I would agree. The foot anchored deep in the rock, the broad oral disk, and the shape and color (or lack of) point me more toward BTA (E. quadricolor).

How come most of the anemone I see at the LFS is bleached or on its way? Is it due to not enought lighting? The stress?

Both of those plus probably poor/fluctuating water quality and the stress of being shipped and the excess handling that comes with being in an LFS tank.

Lots of time when an anemone is stressed, for example, during collection, transport, and being thrown into a new tank it expells its own zooxanthellae which is what gives it its color. Then poor lighting, water conditions, and lack of experience can make a bad situation worse.
