Can anyone identify this disease?

My tomini tang has a white colored lesion on his skin and it keeps growing bigger and bigger. His behavior seems normal, but I cannot figure out what this thing is

Any ideas?

It's not a clear shot, but it look slike Marine Ich (Cryptocaryon irritans). Take a peek in the Fish Disease and Treatment forum here on RC for more information. Tangs are notorious for coming down with Ich. Ich is a nasty little parasite.

ditto...try garlic 1drop per 10gls to tank daily for 30days...

Beautiful tang though. You could treat it with copper in a QT tank.
