Can anyone identify this fish?

Hi guys

Do any of you know what this fish is? My LFS has a few of them but I have no idea what they are. They look like something that could grow quite big?

Flagtail grunt, they can get big, i have seen a group in a 500g tank that are a little over a foot long. They are very, very active, disease resistant, and not picky eaters, nor are they aggressive.

+1 I always get some weird information that they don't know anything about and when I get home with it I have to take it back because I was misinformed! Anyways not I always take my phone with me and google the fish while I'm there or ask a fellow reefer

I beg to differ...I've gotten some very cool stuff for well below market prices from shops that had no idea what they had. Its up to YOU to know what you are buying.

Kuhlia mugil. They are a good schooling fish, reef safe, but as stated can get pretty big for the average tank.
