Can anyone tell me what this is on my Clown fish?

It has had the roughed up/missing scales for a while. Thought it was just because its getting so fat, But now it has what look like holes in its skin. Its partner does not show any similar signs.

No, Just patches of missing scales and 2 newer holes

Have you ruled out something attacking him . Maybe an invert ? I am guessing and don't know what to tell you .

Vermetidae snails did this to some of my fish once... do you have them in your tank.
