Can I add a pair of yellow watchman gobies?

I already have a diamond watchman goby and he built a cave under a rock. Tank is 80g breeder and plenty of rocks. If it's ok how do I actually get a pair?

I put a pair in with a large established pink spot goby. They don't interact. If the big goby get close to the pair, they just hide under their rock. I picked up the two of them when they were very small from my local store - FJW Aquarium in Houston.

Yes, they change sex. They may or may not pair up, just like people sometimes it clicks and sometimes it doesn't. Starting with two small ones is the safest bet. Even if they are paired, the will not spend all their time together.

The watchmen will generally pick a spot and stay there, while the diamond will move throughout the tank. The diamond will likely learn to avoid their area.

The pair I purchased was very small and I had to fish them out of the overflow 3 times since they could go right through the teeth. Bigger now so no problem is the overflow anymore. They have stayed together under a rock that has a concave bottom about 12 inches of my pink spotted goby. I like the pink spotted better than the diamond since the pinks are as ambitious on rearranging all the gravel. I had a pair of diamonds years ago that took almost all the gravel in a 5 foot tank and piled it all in the middle of the tank in one day.
