Can I Add Another Fish Or Two?

I have a 90 gallon Bow front corner tank with 100lbs live rock, sump, skimmer, etc.
My current fish list is:
Percula Clown,
Med Yellow Tang,
Med Dog Face Puffer,
And a lg Naso Tang...

I would like to add a powder blue tang, or Black Clown... or both... Any advice?

A PBT will get cabin fever for SURE in a 90, so I'd say "no" there.

As for the clowns...I'm not the guy to ask.

I would remove, at least, the "naso" tang first. Assuming that you are referring to an N. lituratus/elegans -- that fish is going to get over a foot long, and needs a tank that is double in length of your current one.

Would so no to the PBT, for the same reason mentioned above.

As for the clown, what species are you referring to with "black clown" ?

That could mean at least 2 different species (( there are more, but not commonly available )),

Could either be an A. polymnus,

Or A. ocellaris,

How long have you had your A. percula ?

gonna be hard to introduce the clown

gonna be hard to introduce the clown

If you remove you current clown you could add a new pair of clowns. The current Naso needs a new home and the powder blue isn't a good fit for your tank.

Going to be hard to introduce another clown with one that's been established for almost three years

If you get a small clown you can ensure dominance for the current clown, which means the smaller clown will end up being the male. I think there will be some aggression, but it's not like the op is adding to an existing maroon clown.

Never mix clown species, or add an adult of the same species to the tank. Single adults are almost always female and two females, even of the same species, won't tolerate each other. A juvi of the same species will often work. The B&W you're looking at is probably a tank-bred ocellaris, very common in LFS. IMO, your tank is WAY to small to consider 3 tangs. Just the YT is pushing it. You have a lg naso and he can reach 18". His lack of space is going to effect him sooner or later. A PBT, in a 90 with another tang (s) will probably be at war with the YT in no time. Your puffer is really a bigger-than-its -tank fish too. A 90 is not a large tank and I'd suggest you research some fish that will thrive together in your tank. Consider the adult size. You just can't cram these large fish into a 90 gal tank without problems down the road.

+1 here. The Naso really needs to go. Look at smaller fish that you like. There are tons to choose from that will go well in your system.

OK, I decided to keep the fish, and go with a larger tank! I just got approval from the wife! WOO HOO!. I need a corner tank, about 180-200+ gallons. Where's the best place to purchase one?

We usually have specific requirements, so we have an acrylics guy who builds many of our tanx, but we also have a couple LFS that will order custom-built tanx for us if we want glass.

Since your need isn't immediate, you may want to check craig's list or ebay. lots of peeps are getting out of the hobby or are down-sizing. There are nice tanx out there for pennies on the dollar.

Just a heads up on corner tanks. Many of them are quite deep in proportion to the sides. deep tanks are hard to clean and hard to stock. Often, the top half of some of these tanks is pretty much unused and the sides don't offer the swimming room that a rectangular tank of the same size would. Just something to think about, not trying to criticize what may be your best option.

I have a 300G tank laying in the backyard. Not in the best shape but a little bit of work and it would be a great tank. Ill give it to you for super cheap if your interested.

We have actually set up a rectangular tank (48" 100 gal) across a corner and it worked out rather nicely...it looked nice, and there was just enuff space to squeeze behind it and that made working on it a snap. Just food for thought...

That's the tank "in place"...
