Can I burn these Zoas?

Total noob here was at LFS and picked up this little chunk of Live rock with about 12 Zoas on it kinda pale green in color and look purdy happy. I wanted to put them up a little higher in tank. 4 bulb HO AquaticLife was wondering if 5" from surface might be to bright for them?

they should be fine that close to the light, but this is not to say all zoas are the same and will do the same so proceed with caution, you will need to start at the sandbed and slowly (over the course of a few weeks) acclimate it to the intense light.
