I run two MP 10s at 75% in my SPS dominated mixed reef 50 cube and they work well. For a 93 cube I would use two MP-40s. Two MP-10s would probably do the job if you ramped them up to 100%, but they make too much noise for me at anything over 75%, so I think the 40s would be a better choice. I have mine on the back wall near the two corners, one 6" below the water level, the other about 10" down.
Nice, thank you. You see flow throughout the tank with those two quite well? How do you think just three koralias would work in the back facing different directions?
I agree with thegrun. Its much better to run the mp40 at a lower speed than an mp10 at higher due to noise. I went with the mp60s in my current setup for this reason.
I've run mp10s (old setup) and mp60s in my current setup. Love them. You could consider the Jebao RW-15. They are Chinese made and people have great things to say about them. The added benefit I see (aside from crazy flow rates) is the ability to direct the flow. You do have the cord in the tank though. They are much cheaper too at $100.

No idea on the build quality.
I would go with the Jebao over the Korlia's since the price isn't much different and you get the wavemaker controls and much higher flow capability.
You can control the jebao's with an arduino, or by making/buying a cable to interface with a lot of different reef controllers, and honestly you can buy two jebaos, and then two spares, for less than what one mp40 costs, and you'll have more control over your pumps.
{edit} also to control any mp pumps you have to get the more expensive wireless version, you have ot buy a wireless module for an apex, not sure if any of the other controllers offer wireless functionality without an expansion module, so that's about a $200 just to be able to control them. That's $465 for 1 mp40 with wireless, $70 more than the none wireless version. Power from 500-3200gph. $130 for the wireless module for neptune apex. Then the control is still pretty limited since it uses only vortech's modes, and all you can change that i'm aware of is the % they are running at.
Jebao on amazon with free prime shipping:
$39.49 wp10 530-1000gph
$57.09 wp25 800-2000gph
$66.32 wp40 900-3400gph
You could buy two wp10's for feeding mode and to cover dead spots, and two wp40's for primary flow, with a full set of backup pumps(8 pumps), for $422.62. Free shipping and free returns with amazon prime. Then you can either make your own cables, or buy 2 $30 dollar cables, to connect the jebaos to a neptune apex, or to a $25 arduino mega for wave making modes, or just use the built in controllers that the jebao pumps come with.
Or you could spend $790 on two plain mp40's. Or $1060 on two wireless mp40's and the wireless module for the neptune(which is the only way i'm aware of to control them from a controller or arduino.
I run a MP40 on reef crest at %100, a MP10 anti sync on reef crest at %100 and a Hydor 1500 on my 93g cube. The MP40 is on the right side, off center towards the front 6" from the top. The MP10 is on the bottom of the back and the hydor is on the back point up at the top of the water. I'm replacing the hydor this weekend with a WP25. I'd like to eventually like to add another MP 40.
I have 2 mp40's in my 60 cube. Turned down to roughly 60%
