Can I get a double check on dosing math?

Hi all.

Been dosing Brightwell manually for about a month will real steady parameters. I've switched over to BRS 2 part with BRS dosers and need a double check on my math and program.

With Brightwell, I was dosing 45 ml of code B at 7 AM and 45 ml of Code A at 6 PM. That equates to 0.6 dkh per day and 20 PPM Ca per day and 0.007 PPM Mg per day.

I tested my BRS dosers over an hour:
Ca 87 ml / hour or 1.45 ml/min
Alk 89 ml / hour or 1.48 ml/min
Mg 86 ml/hour or 1.43 ml/min

To dose the equivalent amount of BRS 2 part:
Ca: 90 ml or 62 minutes
Mg: 90 ml or 63 minutes
Alk 209 ml or 141 minutes

My pH is lowest between 2 AM and 8 AM

Here's my ALK (dose ~140 ml between 2 AM and 8 AM once per hour over 6 hours)

Fallback OFF
OSC 000:00/015:52/044:08 Then ON
If Time 08:00 to 02:00 Then OFF
If pH > 08.45 Then OFF

Ca (dose ~ 90 ml between 10 AM and 2 PM once per hour over 4 hours)

Fallback OFF
OSC 000:00/015:30/044:30 Then ON
if Time 14:00 to 10:00 Then Off

Mg (dose ~90 ml between 4 PM and 8 PM once per hour over 4 hours)

Fallback OFF
OSC 000:00/015:30/044:30 Then ON
if Time 20:00 to 16:00 Then Off

A few details I'm unsure on (and searches here and @ neptune didn't help):
How to program the "if time" statement over midnight hours

Is my OSC statement going to acheive my desired results or will I be dosing more than intended?

Nevermind - I found the OSC calculator spreadsheet on reeftronics - Immensely helpful! http://www.reeftronics.net/support/Apex_OSC_Calculator.xlsx

Also got a reply on this at the neptune formum as well.

I did make a mistake - I used my number of minutes in my formula instead of the number of ml.
Alk:

Fallback OFF
OSC 000:00/023:32/036:28 Then ON
If Time 8:00 to 1:59 Then OFF

Ca:

Fallback OFF
OSC 000:00/015:31/044:29 Then ON
If Time 14:00 to 9:59 Then OFF

Mg

Fallback OFF
OSC 000:00/015:44/044:16 Then ON
If Time 20:00 to 15:59 Then OFF

if you want to know if these 3 doser are not running more than what you programmed, you can create a virtual outlets and shoot you an email,

example

AlkCheck_A1
Set OFF
If Outlet ( your EB8 Alk doser location) = ON Then ON
Defer ( time of dosing + few seconds) Then ON


EmailAlarm
Set OFF
If Outlet AlkCheck_A1 = ON Then ON

Do for each doser.
