Can I get some help getting my wav pumps running on my APEX

Heck, all I'm trying to do is get my wav pumps going. I can't get anything but a pulse. I can't get the module display on my dashboard. I can't seem to figure out how to get a constant flow. My plan was to use one of these pumps to mix my first batch of saltwater while I wait on my other pump to arrive. Do these pumps have to be submerged to work? I've been trying to get them to run out of water while I figure out how to work this thing. I'm frustrated and tired of looking. Any of you have any suggestions?

as I read more, I can't seem to get the Flo tile the configuration instructions keep mentioning

Try the Neptune's Forum. I've had good luck there. I can't help you with the WAV pumps as I don't own any.
