Can I keep a anemone?

I am setting up a ricordia/zoo tank, I dont know much about anemones and I just want to know if its even possible for me to keep it? Is it just going to constatly move around and sting all my corals?

Tank is 48 long 24 wide 17 high

lights is either gunna be a VHO setup

or 2 175 halides (anything more will burn my shrooms especialy since the hood is only 12 inches and the tank is 17 with a 4 inch bed)

a BTA should be fine, anything else would require halides

well could a carpet be kept under 175 halides? my main concern though is the carpet wandering around and cuasing havoc for my very pricey yumas ... once a carpet settles does it still constantly move? could I put the carpet in first, let it settle and then stock my tank with corals from my prop tank?
