can i keep mushrooms, Softies, and LPS in an anemone tank?

I am setting up a tank and my primary love is clowns and BTAs. I have some LPS, a leather, Zoas, and mushrooms I had to move from my office tank. They are in a holding tank at the moment. Can I keep any or all of these in my BTA/clown tank? It is 290 gal.

Yes, but if/when the nems move there may be casualties. Some corals can handle them, like euphyllia, but a lot of corals cannot. Through trial and error I have some paly's and hammer and frogspawn in my nem tank.
