Can I replace my 6000s transformer with 6101.

JUst wondering. Should I buy the 6100 is I can find them? Or is the 6101 intercangeable?

The 6100 and 6101 use the same pump but all other components are new and not interchangeable.

As Graeme said, you should have no trouble finding a 6100 transformer. Reef Exotics and Premium Aquatics generally stock them, you can also order them on tunze.com- part 7410.602.
