Not a great picture and only one side of the tank. I'm learning how to take pictures and will have more soon!

Tank is almost 8 months old. It's a leaning tank and the glass is scratched, but the price was right!

Mostly LPS, I do have a few zoos, rics, shrooms, and some nasty xenia in the tank. I also haven't gotten the lighting color right yet with the Tek fixture, I'm waiting on some aquablue bulbs.

Madok-

There are numerous threads on this very subject. Do a search.
Nonetheless here's my LPS dominated tank. NO sump, NO skimmer
and NO reactor. Dennis

Thank Beaker77-
The only filtration is via the live rock... I also have a Tunze Turbell which
is mostly for circulation but some filtration as well. Dennis

wellsophyllia
scolymia
platygra
acan lord
acan e
blasto wellsi
nemenzophyllia
echinophyllia
caulestrea
euphyllia paraancora

prefer lps because of there lower light requirents and don't need the absolutely prestine water parameters that sps does.

plus they are just really cool and colorful
