Just a simple question. I already have a frogspawn and was wondering if putting another right next to it would be a bad idea??? I know they are known to sting other coral but what about each other of the same kind?

My frogspawns dont like touching eachother, when they do, they shrivle up. I figured it was the positioning, they like being in a wide open area with moderate lighting. I was thinkin about getting rid of them too, because they spend most of their time inside the calcium deposit.

They should be fine touching eachother, I have many diff varieties of frogspawns, and they do fine when they touch eachother. Their stings arnt as bad as you think it would be.

so you only have one polyp per frogspawn? :P kidding i know what your saying but. i think it has nothing to do with the corals touch but more of how the flow or light is effected by having coral close together

i have 6 heads of frogspawn. 2 heads of a frog/torch hybrid( i think) and 5 or so heads of torch coral all neareachother ( most touching) and they are all fine
