Can pipefish carry Ich?

Tank is cycling atm however once it's done and I build up a good copepod population I'd like to add a couple Dragon Face Pipefish.

I don't see any way a pair would make it through a quarentine period.

Is there a risk adding them to the tank without quarentine?

I REALLY want to keep any and all fish disease being that I'm able to start with a fresh canvas.

I know next to nothing about pipefish & kin. But they're fish and everything I've ever read says that any fish can host ich.

If it has gills, it can get Ich. If you don't think they will survive six weeks in quarantine, I wouldn't buy one. Although I have never kept one, I believe their feeding habits demand special care. I would recommend you plan a species only tank if you want to keep Pipefish.
