The left is a chrypastria right is a tenuis high light high flow for both

I agree with Tom, except for the spelling. Cyphastrea sp., and my guess is Cyphastrea decadia.

But the seller said the one on the right is "califlower" or something.

"Tenuis" is reefer shorthand for Acropora tenuis, one of the many species of Acropora.

"Cauliflower something" would be a common name which has no bearing on taxonomy.

So both are likely true. Another way to think of it is "Cauliflower something" is a form of Acropora tenuis.
