I recently bought a mini carpet anemone and found this on the rock the anemone was on after I put it in my tank. Does anyone know what this is? and if so, is it good or bad?

Thank you! I looked it up and read that they don't get much bigger than about an inch long, and that is about how big that one is.

If they wouldn't be so vulnerable to predators :sad2:
The only ones I have left are in my refugium. In all the other tanks I only find empty shells these days.
