Can someone please build me a simple canopy?

For my 36" x 18" 58g Oceanic. Nothing crazy, just a box with hinges to open the front of it and get in tank. A little trim inside so it sits down over edge of aquarium. I will paint it. No molding.
I will pay for your harwork/time and materials. Will pay up front if wanted/needed.
Have exact dimensions for you.
