Can someone tell me what this guy is

I have know this little guy was in my tank for some time as he hitched hiked in. But you never see him and he has never botherd anything but i just picked upa new Elegance Coral last night and today he was walking all over it so i took no chances and was able to catch him. Any idea if he is safe or not?

Looks like a red mithrax...I had one who ate my candy canes....he got flushed once I caught him. Do his claws have little "saucers" on their tips...

Green Mithrax (emeralds) are fine, but the red one killed some of my stuff...

no looks like he has normal claws. darker on the tips of his claws. He has like fur or something sticking off of him all over. and he is light brown or beige in color.

I'm going to say he's a bad crab should you plan on keeping corals then....I'm sure someone will have a positive ID, but I'd probably get rid of him just in case.....Sorry I'm not more of a help, but when in doubt "throw it out"
