Can someone tell me whats wrong with my Naso?

I got this Naso Tang a month ago. She has been doing great, eating continually off the brown algaes in the tank and is nice and fat. She will not accept any offered food at this point, so supplementing with Garlic, Selcon etc isn't an option. Today I saw several spots on the right flank. The spots, with the exception of 2 small ones are limited to her right side.

My thinking is maybe/hopefully she just got too close to the E. Anchora or E. Glabrescens in my tank.

Please answer the following questions so I can help you diagnose the problem.

1. Do you see any red around the white spots?
2. Do you have any other fish in the tank with her?
3. What is your salinity and water chemistry?
4. Do the white spots have a texture somewhat like cotton?
5. Have you purchased any new fish lately?

To answer the questions;
1. No red around any of the spots. Only 2 contain any white, one is too small to tell if there is any texture to it and the other looks like a skin tear with loose skin hanging. Lower abdomen just rear of center.

2. Other fish in the system include: 1 5" sailfin Tang, 1 3" blue hippo tang, 1 3" Blue line tang (a. Nigoris), 1 2" foxface rabbitfish, 1 flame angel, 3 lyretail anthias, 1 purple pseudochromis, 4 false percs, 2 cinammon clowns and 2 yellow chromis.

4. I wouldn't say the white spot has a cottony appearance, more meaty like a flesh wound.

5. This is the newest fish in the system.

I should also mention that yesterday, there wasn't a single mark on her, that is why I'm thinking she got stung by one of the Euphyllias.

Based on your answer, your Tang either.....(answers are aranged from the most possible to least possible)
1. ...was being bossed around by another fish.
2. ...scraped itself on a a piece of your liverock.
3. ...was stung by your Euphyllias

==============Please Note===============
If red starts to form around the white spots, your fish might have a fungus infection. (Not likely since I do not see anything to trigger a fungus infection on your Tang.)

IMHO the list is accurate except inverted. Being the second biggest fish in the tank, biggest being the sailfin, I have observed noone messing with here. My theory on the euphyllia sting is based on her feeding habits. She gets very intent on a specific area of algae and will pic at it until the rock is clean. I've seen the tunze kick on and blow her sideways a few inches. With the size of the Euph. it would be very easy to get pushed into one.

The spots are no worse today, and are not showing any sign of secondary infection.
