Can this saw cut corals?

If it doesn't have water running past the blade it may burn the coral. A tile saw would be a better option

You need a diamond blade and water to keep both the coral and the blade cool, otherwise you will quickly burn up the diamond saw blade. No, unfortunately that band saw will not work; you need a wet band saw.

Depending on size i find bone cutters work just fine, and I can trim while they are in the tank.

I have a tile wet saw, a Dremmel with a diamond blade, a bone saw and a concrete chisel. They all work, it just depends on what you are cutting. Most coral skeleton is pretty soft and most hand saws will work, like a hack saw.

That band saw would cut, but it will kill the coral along the cut, but then so do wet saws with diamond blades. But that blade will dull fairly quick if you cat anything hard like a rock.

it may not cut corals, but it is a decent deal though if you need it for woodworking (great deal if you can get it for $60 or less). the seller probably got the bandsaw for $105 new.
