can you ID w/o picture and just description - green with pink polyps

Hello all,

I've got what looks like an acro that came on my live rock and finally about to grow upward.
It is greenish/yellow-greenish colored with pink polyps, and it is growing slowly. seems like one small hair per pink polyp.

I know I know a pic would help but I don't have a macro lens so it's hard to get a good picture.

I'm thinking maybe pink jade? or maybe that's wishful thinking. hoping someone could help just based on my description.

Heres a trick for getting a good macro pic with a crappy camera. put a magnifying glass in front of the camera, and focus accordingly.
