Canister Filter Media?

Hello All,
I have been running a Eheim Canister filter with my BC29 for a few months now. I have tried a few different types of media, but I am interested in finding out what others are using. So ....what type of media do you use or suggest for canister filters? :idea:

I run filter floss pads for polishing.

One poly pad with two units of Chemi Pure, nothing else.

I have an ehiem also and I only use 1 bag of chemi pure, I replace it every 4-6 weeks or so....

Carbon, and maybe some GFO (phosphate remover) is good to run in a canister filter.
