Canon 100mm f2.8 macro lens.

Hi Just bought a EF 100mm F2.8 Macro USM lens for my Canon Rebel XT. I was just wondering if anyone Knows of any tutorials out there for someone like myself that has Know clue how to use one.
and to any good tutorials on how to learn more about my Camera.
and what would be a good photo shop for beginners.
at the moment I have Adobe Photo shop 7, Paintshop 9, fireworks 8, and the software that came with my camera.
Digital photo Pro, ZoomBrowser EX, PhotoStudio 5.5.

that's a great lense... just get out and use it.
