Can someone help me to use this friggin thing.. everytime I try and tank a tank pic it tries to focus.. even when you have auto focus off and the picture is horrbile.. I think it is 7.5 megapix or something like that.

outside and aroudn the house it takes awesome pictures.. wow

Is there a macro button to take close up and in tank pictures?

Can you zoom in and take a quality picture or is it best to take pictures zoomed all the way out then use a picture editor to
get a closer view... I love the camera.. just not sure about it's ability to take reef pictures..

Is this a fiarly good camera... does it stink.. is it totaly user error.. please help or flame me...

I just got my a620 also. You just have to get it out and mess around with it. It has a MF mode that you can take control of the focus. You have to adjust it by pushing left and right on the button that is around the “Func set” button. I think you can get close to a macro pic with the MF setting. I will try to get a few macro pics with it. Also I just got the underwater housing they sell for it. I only got 1 pic tonight then the lights turned off.
