My radions were working fine until one day one of them wasn't turning on with the rest of my lights. I went into ecosmart live and saw that that light was now greyed out. I figured I would just remove it and readd. When I went to readd it didn't recognize the light wirelessly so I tried to do it via usb. Unfortunately it just hangs and says waiting for device connection. This is a Gen 1 that was upgraded to a Gen 3 a few months ago. I tried powering things up and down and updating the firmware on the reeflink but it still isn't recognizing the wired connection. Any ideas? So frustrated.
