Cant Find Anenome..Help please

We got our Rose Bubble Tip about 7-8 months ago and it was doing very well until about 2 months ago. I gave up about a couple weeks after we first got it to try to keep at the front of the tank so I just left it alone and it seemed to like to be in the back of the tank.

I noticed 2 months ago it was very small and lost a lot of its tentacles. I thought maybe it was due to my bulbs since its been a year since I changed them. Picked up 4 ATI Bulbs, Purple Plus, Coral Plus, Actinic and Blue Plus. It seemed to be a little happier since I got the bulbs and then it ran off again but now I can't find it.

Do I go looking for it and ruin my aquascape or let it be a little longer. I say ruin the aquascape because once I move all the rocks, I know I won't be able to get back the way it was. I'm afraid of it dying clouding up and stanking up the tank. So far water is clear and parameters are good.

Probably well beyond your help now. Watch your parameters closely and probably a good idea to do a water change.

I don't see how any of us can help. He either is dead and dissolved or hiding in the rock. To tell one way or the other you have to see if he is in the rock work. This mean that you have to disassemble the rock work.

This happened to me when i had my first tank years ago. Long story short he hid in the back for a couple weeks and eventually came up front again. Like the post above said keep your parameters in check and feed the tank with the powerheads on. It may sense the food and come up front to feed more.
