Can't get rid of stringy poo

I've had a venustus angel for a year, and the whole time it has had stringy poo. Currently, his poo is sometimes brown and stringy or very stringy and kind pale.

When I got the fish, I put him through 2 five day rounds of prazi.

Just about a week ago he got another 6 days of prazi, and over a week of feeding with food medicated with focus and metro. No change in the shape if his poo.

I feed nls pellets, pe mysis, hikari mysis, formula one, and some other stuff, usually three times a day, and sometimes soaked in selcon. The fish is neither very thin or very round.

Is this something I cannot fix, and will it be a problem for the fish long term? Is there anything else I can do? After a year, should I even be worried?

Good to know others have had a similar experience, but about the girth of the fish? Are paracentropyge just thinner than other angels? Will they fill out as they get older? Mine is about 3" already though.

I ask because I saw an eibli angel at my LFS, about the same size, but omg it was frickin fat

They don't typically appear a plump as other angels do when healthy. Not skinny either but the gut isn't as fat. Typically you don't see angels like these sit at the LFS long enough to get fat either
