Cant grow montiporas capricornis.

I used to be able to grow them like crazy. Not they bleach or die quickly. All my paramters seem fine.

Is there anything imparticular they need?

I am running 400watt 10k Reeflux.

Did you try the SPS forum? Are you acclimating them to the lights? anything that might be fluctuating

Also, how old are your bulbs?

are there other corals in the tank? I would assume all corals would be doing poorly, since these are such hardy corals. If only the caps are doing bad, I have no idea.

I had a similar problem. I kept putting the caps in the same area of my tank. When I moved them to the other side, they started doing fine. I lost a couple to RTN/bleaching. There must be something in that part of the tank that kills them. I don't know, but now they grow like crazy.

Try moving them around. It worked for me.
