Can't Reach Neptune Customer Service?

I'm having trouble getting support from Neptune systems. I sent 2 e-mails last week (Mon & Wed) and called tonight. No answer when I called. Had to leave a message. Anyone else have issues? I've heard great things about their service, so I'm a little surprised.

My apex jr has been out of commision for a week now. Tried all kinds of different tips, but can't connect to reset. Keep getting a corrupted data error message. I am connecting the controller directly to my router. The PC is also connected to the router.

I have been communicating with Paul all day today and yesterday via email. He's been working with me to correct a small error I am having.
 
Is Paul from Neptune Systems? What is there e-mail address? I used the e-mail submission on the site twice early last week and had no luck. Well, guess I will keep trying.
 
UPDATE: Paul just got back to me via e-mail this evening. Sent some guidiance and I've already made some progress!
 
Similar experience for me. I have also heard great things about their support for have had zero response to a web request for support.
 
I have called there and usually get a busy signal..If you are lucky you get through and get someone..Yesterday I got through and was blessed to talk with someone to help me trouble shoot setting up my Airport extreme. It was no small task..They took control of my computer remotley and did there thing and it even took them and hour and 45 minutes. Yes, something was going wacky..They are great when you get in touch with them.
