can't update the firmware

it stop at the beginning, it's only show the follow message:

Loading firmware file into memory
Firmware file load complete...
Calculating Apex Start Checksum Vector
Calculating Apex Start Checksum Vector complete...

and then stop right there, I have been waiting for over 10 minutes,
nothing happens.

it's from 4.04_AG10 to 4.04_BC10

and lights above V1/V2 and V3/V4 are always flashing.

Something is blocking packets; something to try...

* Easiest; boot Windows into "Safe Mode" and run the Uploader (this gets everything that might cause the uploader to fail; like anti-virus and firewalls).

reboot computer, now everything is OK.
But could anyone tell me why the lights above V1/V2 and V3/V4 are always flashing?
Is that normal?

You've probably got those ports set to 'auto' and some default profile active. Just set those to 'manual off' and the lights will go out.
