I have 0 personal experience with Jim Leyland, however you can ban on several levels, a user name, just go make another... a specific IP address, most high speed internet users have a static IP, ie it doesnt change, however you change your internet service or go to the library.. the short version is there isn't much you can do to keep a specific user off a website unless you keep searching for them or file a lawsuit. RC can prolly ban specific computers as well, but again, doesn't go to far in keeping people away... i have 5 cpus in my house.. let alone public terminals etc.

Since i just made 2 transactions yesterday with 2 locals, they will tell you otherwise.. Im sure this will get deleted or banned but whatever, i didn't do anything to get banned.. Reason that i got banned was from not defending myself.. Didn't know you had to do so..

Jim it was all your shady transactions that led to you getting banned not from a lack of defending yourself. Do a search of your name on here and it will bring up those trannsactions that you did nothing about even to this day. Just because you made 2 recent good deals lately, which I commend you for doesn't mean the newer members don't have a right to beware. Nothing personal Jim, but Myself and the many others you ripped off really don't want to see you back on here ripping more unsuspecting people off!!!!!!!!

I can't speak for what happened on here but I've bought a lot of corals off Jim over the last few months in a couple of transactions. He's been a good seller. I had no problems with packing, shipping, etc. The corals that I bought off him are doing great.

I never said every transaction with or from him has been shady just most that he can get away with. He doesnt seem to really stick it to the locals here as they can track him down. My point was he was banned for a reason. I don't want to see this guy back on here to do this again!!!!!!! Consider yourself one of the lucky ones then Orbital
