Little story to share with you.... Couple years ago I purchased a tremendously gorgeous red Haddoni... it was about mmmmm 6 inches wide at the most......
after about a week in my tank.....I purchased a large 8 inch or better gorgeous blue chin triggerfish.... it had the nicest colouring I have ever
seen on a blue chin trigger! Gorgeous showpiece quality fish.......
I put the trigger in the tank at approx 11pm at night when lights were
completely off......
I walked over to my desk and about total of 2 or 3 minutes max of me putting
that fish in the completely dark tank...I heard a SPLASH from my desk.....
I jumped up...went over to the tank...and there was this huge trigger stuck
in this fairly small anenome.... I quickly removed the fish from the anenome
and it swam away stunned as heck.......
Next day the trigger died with sting marks all over it!!! I was very, very
surprised and sad...I just could nottttt believe that little animal killed such a large fish.
So...anyone with a Haddoni ...be aware...those little gorgeous animals can
kill a fairly large aquarium fish.
Hope this helps someone out there somehow.
