Carpet anemone budding?

I have a carpet anemone that I have had for close to two years,
N03: 2
Po4.16
CA:400
Alk:9
Mg:1400

It looks like its dropped its foot like a mushroom and reattached its body on the rock above and has opened back up.

Po4 is .16 not 16

i cant tell anything with that picture can you post one thats not solid blue? also this might be a better fit in the anemone forum not other inverts forum
