Carpet Anemone Light

Hi,
Does anyone keep there haddoni carpet anemone under t5's i was wondering if 3x 24 watt t5's in a 25cm deep tank would be enough to satisfy it's lighting requirements?

I have had a Haddoni Carpet under T5s until I decided to give it away because it got to big.

What are the full tank demensions? Haddoni carpets can get big at a fast rate and will definately sting and kill any neighboring corals around it. They also are known for eating fish.

Mine gets indirect light from a window and has 130 watts of PC. It is doing very well. But in the winter when it gets full sun it opens up huge to suck it all in.

Yep. The reason why I bought it was to nurse it back in the first place. I usually have pretty good success with bringing back anemones. I hate it when I see a dying anemone in a lfs so I bought it and sold it. If you were closer GSMguy, I would have gave it to you but your in Ohio and I am in Orlando. I know you like green Haddonis.

No it's a unit with all 3 in the one reflector

It's just a temporary housing for it say a year, and then it's going into my bigger tank and im only having my black occy's and the haddoni in the tank, but it won't bleach with this light will it?

You really should have individaul reflectors on your T5s. T5s without individual reflectors compared to units that to have the individual reflectors is like night and day. Depending on the reflector, they can increase the light output by 300%.
