Carpet Anemone problems

Hello everyone

Blue anemone and a green anemone

I got these last week. I have a few questions. I have read and read about them but want info from someone that has a healthy one.

A little tank info
I have 2 tanks, both 55 gallon and both with 20 gallon refugiums DIY. Both have 4-6 inch DSBs. 1 has 250 watt halides with 65 watt Power Compact actinics. The other has 4 110 watt VHO URI bulbs with 2 actinic white and 2 super actinic. Both have remora pro skimmers and both have wavemaker pros with 3 maxijet 1200s and each tank has 1 seio 820 right in front going 24-7. I do water changes 20% religously every 2 weeks. Nitrates are zero in both tank and the VHO tank has some phosphate issues but very little algae on top 1 powerhead and some on the back glass.

I actually got 2 carpets at the same time, 1 blue and 1 green 1.5 weeks ago. Both have changes lighter color. I have the blue one in the VHO tank and the Green one in the tank with the halides.
The green one spawned on the second night in the tank and I had to do emergency water changes because the water was milky.

Ok...the green one shrinks when I have the halides on. It shrinks about 1/2 to 1 inch and does this sort of curle up its edges for a few seconds then back to normal but shrunk still. When I place a cardboard sheet with lots of holes in it over the green one to cut down the light it inflats to normal big size and its tenticles look nice and big. Did I mention that the tenticles shrink up some when in direct halide light. The green one looks more brown now then green. I have been feeding it everyother day finely chopped seafood mix of shrimp, scallop, squid, clam, musscle and mysis enriched with Boyds Vitachem. This is the same food I feed all my fish and my clown feeds the huge sebae anemone this food and it is at least 15 inches across and has doubled in size since in my tank, the same tank as my new blue carpet anemone.
The Blue anemone has gotten lighter also.
Do I need to acclimate the green anemone to the halides and is it possible that my lights will always be to powerful for it?
Should I feed it differently?
Should I move the Blue anemone back into the tank with the halides or is the tank with the 3 month old 110 watt VHOs sufficient lighting?

Thanks everyone for reading this and I need the help from everyone especially the experianced anemone keepers that are only found here at RC.
