I have had a carpet for about 1 month. It located itself behind the rockwork (indirect Light) and has been eating silversides. This past weekend it pulled its foot off the glass. Since it was now free, I bought live sand and put down 1 inch of sand and I moved the carpet to an area of more light. It opens up nicely but has not put its foot back down. It is in a 110 gallon tank with 350 watts of halide and 440 watts of VHO. My question is should I be concerned that it has not put its foot down yet? Also, should I wait for it to put the foot down before I resume feeding it?
