Carpet Anemone??

I was just wondering if you guys think that a carpet anemone would be alright for my 125 reef tank. My buddy has a green carpet in his 125 reef and is doing very good. I really love anemones and think that a green carpet would be a great addition in my tank. Please let me know your input!

How long has your 125 been setup? If its been set up for awhile and there is (big) space where the anemone will not touch corals, you should be alright. Just be aware that Carpets can/will eat your fish and if they move around can kill your corals. Just the other night I lost half of my Galaxia colony about 8" worth to my Blue Haddoni which decided to take a strole.

for a little over a year now.... dont got much in there but some fish and zoes and stuff dont want any nice corals until my sump/fuge is up and running. There is plenty of room for him. Maybe it would be better to put him in first then let him settle down where he wants then put in corals in after???

ummm not too sure on the species... i want a electric green or an electric blue carpet anemone. I am looking more into them to get some more info....
