Carpets and BTA

Can i put carpet anemones mixed with bubble tips, i mean carpets get pretty big i was wondering will the carpet sting the bubbles or vice versa...? I've seen bubbles with bubbles and carpets with carpets without a problem but what about both these species together in the same tank? Anyone tried it before...?

If you are referring to an S. Haddoni as a "carpet", I would advise against it. I tried it in the past -- my S. Haddoni started moving (( was in one place prior to adding an E. Quadricolor )), when I added some, and stopped once I figured it out and sold them all off. Also, when one of the BTA clones went on walk-about it stung the heck out of my S. Haddoni.

What size tank? What filtration? I ask because, in general, no, anemones don't get along any better with each other than they do with nearby corals - ie, they will do their darndest to kill each other. It's all about competition for real estate and resources, and "winning" involves removing the other competitors (in the ocean, an anemone can move away, in our tanks, they are stuck).

With all of the above being said, with a sufficiently large tank and good filtration, you can mix anemones. It's not a beginner or even intermediate level hobbyist task though.
